As a Monroe Institute Guest Trainer and Certified Outreach Trainer, I am dedicated to guiding others in the exploration of consciousness through sound, immersive experiences, expanded awareness, and personal transformation. In addition to offering the workshop Exploring Consciousness, as the guest trainer for Creation Station, Monroe Institute’s program for creatives, I guide artists, musicians, and visionaries in tapping into deep states of inspiration and flow. These workshops blend experiential exercises, enhanced with Hemi-Sync® and Monroe Sound Science®, the institute’s latest cutting-edge audio technology, and practical techniques to unlock creative potential, enhance intuition, and access expanded states of awareness. Whether you're seeking new creative breakthroughs or a deeper connection to your inner self, you are offered the opportunity to learn and practice using tools to navigate consciousness with clarity and purpose.

Based on the flagship Monroe Institute program Gateway Voyage, Exploring Consciousness is an experiential program offering you the opportunity to experience elements of the first two days of Gateway Voyage, in addition to other Monroe Institute tools and techniques for expanding consciousness.
Using Monroe Institute audio technology meditation exercises, you will practice with tools to guide you to deep states of relaxation, calmness and a deep sense of focus. Benefits seen in participants of Monroe workshops are improved health, better sleep, enhanced creativity and an improved overall sense of well being.

Creation Station Virtual Retreat
Creation Station is an online experiential program, in real time, which provides participants the opportunity to access and explore the source of creative intelligence and unlimited source of creativity.
The purpose of Creation Station is the expansion of consciousness to access and explore creativity, with an emphasis on sound, visual, tactile, and literary arts.
During the program, participants will discover new ways to access untapped creative sources through consciousness exploration. Using meditation exercises supported by Monroe Sound Science®, participants quickly and easily reach expanded states of awareness, providing access to inspiration, creative impulse, and potential. Following these exercises, participants will have ample opportunity to discuss and share experiences, ask questions, and journal about experiences.
